Our configuration management is integrated to our continuous integration and versioned release process so as to provide high quality and timely releases.

Configuration Identification - Identifying baseline components/items and then defining the baseline. This is a snapshot aggregate of these items as they exist at one point in time.

Configuration Control - Changes to the baseline is followed and tracked by:

• Documentation of proposed change
• Designating resources to evaluate and authorize change
• Procedures to control change e.g. review cost and time involved

Configuration Audit - Project Manager determines how the current state of software is as per baselines and requirements. This ensures configuration, verification, validation, increased visibility and traceability.
