Subpoena processing is a challenge faced by communication service providers in addressing subpoenas issued by Law Enforcement Agencies and Civil Entities for historical records of subscribers to assist in legal proceedings. Service providers face several challenges in subpoena processing which increases turn around times, cost and operational overheads. Some of the challenges we identified are:
