Level 2 Support

- Day-to-Day solution support
- Subject Matter related support
- Database related support
- OS level support
- Backup and Restore services
- Solution Monitoring services
Level 1 Support
Level 1 support that involves call-centers and 24-7 telephone support services is currently not provided by Ishi.
