By Car:

From New Jersey Turnpike: Take the NJ Turnpike to exit 14C, towards Holland Tunnel. After the toll, continue towards Holland Tunnel. At the bottom of the ramp, stay on to the right lane. Take the last exit before Holland tunnel on the right onto Luis Munoz Marin Blvd. Once you pass 6th, turn left onto Morgan St, continue to the end and then turn onto Greene St. At the intersection of Greene, Washington and 2nd St, turn right onto 2nd St. Plaza Ten is located on the right at the end of the street. From Garden State Parkway North: Exit at Route 22 Eastbound Exit 140. Stay on Route 22 East until Route 1&9 North onto the Pulaski Skyway. At the bottom of the ramp, coming off Skyway going to the Holland Tunnel, stay on the right lane. Take the last exit before Holland tunnel on the right onto Luis Munoz Marin Blvd. Once you pass 6th, you will need to turn left onto Morgan St, continue to the end and then turn onto Greene St. At the intersection of Greene, Washington and 2nd St, turn right onto 2nd St. Plaza Ten is located on the right at the end of the street. From Garden State Parkway South: Exit at Parkway at Exit 145 onto Route 280 East. Stay on Route 280 until it ends. Then take Route 508 towards Jersey City. Route 508 joins Route 7, then after crossing bridges at the first traffic circle follow Route 1 & 9 North to Holland Tunnel. At the bottom of the ramp, stay on the right lane. Take the last exit before Holland tunnel on the right onto Luis Munoz Marin Blvd. Once you pass 6th, turn left onto Morgan St, continue to the end and then turn onto Greene St. At the intersection of Greene, Washington and 2nd St, turn right onto 2nd St. Plaza Ten is located on the right at the end of the street. By Train:

Take NJ Transit trains to Newark Penn Station or Hoboken. Transfer to PATH train going to WTC. At Hoboken, you may use either the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail train to Harborside Financial Center or take the PATH to Exchange Place.

PATH: Get off at Exchange Place Station. (Link to: http://www.panynj.gov/). Exit the station using the main escalator. After exiting, turn right, and walk in the direction of Hyatt Hotel, the entrance to the boardwalk is adjacent to the hotel, take a short 10 minute walk along the boardwalk in the direction of the tall glass building, this is Plaza Ten. The building’s entrance will be directly in front of you once you cross the street.

Hudson-Bergen Light Rail: Take the 22nd St, the Bayonne Flyer or the Tonnele Ave train and get off at Harborside Financial Center.
