Job Description:
Ishi Systems is now hiring Software Engineers with J2EE/MQ/JBoss/Oracle experience. In this position, you will work on outsourced projects for one of our global insurance clients at our Development Center in Noida, India.

Required Skills

• Overall 3+ years of IT experience
• Understanding of framework design, design-patterns and architecture
• Implement simple/minor bug fixes and change requests
• Maintain and troubleshoot JBOSS server environments
• Monitor JBOSS servers, memory usage, applications and resolves issues
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication & presentation skills
• Write both formal and technical documentation pertaining to implementation

Required Background

• Experience with common J2EE APIs in general and JMS in particular
• Experience with JBoss application server
• Experience with Hibernate
• Experience with Messaging using MQSeries
• Experience with relational databases (SQL, Oracle)
• Experience working with IDEs such as Eclipse or WSAD

Desired

• Experience with Portlets & Portal servers
• Experience with JSP, Servlets, JSTL, EL, JSF, Struts
• Experience with XML technologies: JAXP, JAXM, JAXB or JAX-RPC
• Experience with frameworks like such as Spring, Log4j, Junit, HttpUnit
• Experience with MQ administration and configuration
• Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem resolution for both middleware and infrastructure components
• In-depth understanding of MQ security, MQ clustering, MQ pub/sub
• UNIX competence
