Ishi Systems is now hiring QA/ Support Analyst with Hyperion experience. In this position, you will work with one of our global financial clients at our development center or their location in India.

Required Skills

• Should have 2-3 years experience in supporting financial application
• Should have overall 5-6 years total IT experience
• Must have experience in supporting application environments and with the associated business application issues
• Prior experience in a QA/Testing role supporting application environments and web based applications

Required Technical Background

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills working with user community
• Ability to train users, collect feedback and manage deployment schedules across business, IT, and ops groups
• Must have strong experience in C++ application support
• Must have experience with MSSQL, Microsoft Office
• Ability to identify and resolve hardware/software conflicts
• Experience of defect tracking software, preferably Test Director
• Knowledge/exposure to SDLC Process

Desired

• Degree/Diploma in Finance and Banking
