Job Description:
Ishi Systems is now hiring MQ Series Developers with J2EE/MQ/JBoss/Oracle experience. In this position, you will work on outsourced projects for one of our global insurance clients at our Development Center in Noida, India.

Required Skills

• Overall 3+ years IT of experience
• Implement simple/minor bug fixes and change requests
• Maintain MQ Broker for development environments and provides support for problems arising from MQ messaging
• Provide day-to-day support like queue management, message republishing (if required) and monitoring (queue depth or unused subscriptions etc.)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication & presentation skills
• Write both formal and technical documentation pertaining to implementation
• Understanding of framework design, design-patterns and architecture

Required Background

• Hands-on expert of IBM WebSphere MQ Series Software products like MQ
• In-depth understanding of MQ security, MQ clustering, MQ pub/sub
• Experience of JMS API or MQ API
• Experience with MQ administration and configuration
• Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem resolution for both middleware and infrastructure components
• Experience with general J2EE APIs and JMS in particular
• Experience working with IDEs such as Eclipse or WSAD UNIX competence

Desired

• Experience with JBoss application server
• Experience with Hibernate
• Experience with JSP, Servlets, JSTL, EL, JSF, Struts
• Experience with XML technologies like JAXP, JAXM, JAXB or JAX-RPC
• Experience with frameworks like spring, Log4j, Junit, HttpUnit
