Job Description:
As a TIBCO Developer, you will work on one of our outsourced projects or on a consulting assignment with one of our clients. You will be provided technical training and will work with a Senior Architect who will guide you on your technical training and roadmap. 

Required Skills:

• 3+ Years of experience in IT development with at least 1 year in EAI
• Experience in system integration projects using messaging middleware and database technologies
• General EAI knowledge; Understanding of the benefits of using SOA
• General programming skills: Java / XML, XSD and DTD, scripting is nice to have
• Should have experience in TIBCO suite of middleware products (e.g. TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO Integration Manager, TIBCO Rendezvous, TIBCO adapters, TIBCO InConcert, Staffware)
• Excellent communication skills
• SQL is mandatory

Desired skills:

• Process design and implementation concepts
• Knowledge of other EAI products: SeeBeyond, WebMethods, Vitria, WebLogic Integration, WebSphere Integration
• Database: Oracle, Sybase
