Job Description:
As a TIBCO Architect at Ishi Systems, you will play an active role in developing our TIBCO practice. You will also leverage emerging and recently adopted tools, technologies and frameworks to gear up our development teams to solve enterprise integration puzzles for our Fortune 500 clients. You will work closely with senior technical and business managers at these client firms to envision and implement strategies and technical roadmaps. 

Required Skills:

• 6+ Years of experience in IT development, 3 years in EAI
• Proven experience in major system integration projects using messaging middleware and database technologies
• Process design and implementation concepts
• General EAI knowledge is mandatory
• Should have an understanding of the benefits of using SOA
• Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow management skills
• General programming skills: Java / XML, XSD and DTD a must (scripting is nice to have)
• Experience in TIBCO suite of middleware products such as TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO Integration Manager, TIBCO Rendezvous, TIBCO adapters, TIBCO InConcert, Staffware
• Excellent communication, documentation and customer interaction skills
• Clear knowledge of industry and technology trends
• SQL is mandatory

Desired skills:

• Knowledge of other EAI products: SeeBeyond, WebMethods, Vitria, WebLogic Integration, WebSphere Integration
• Experience in project / program management
• Design / Tech Lead experience
• Databases: Oracle, Sybase
