Job Description:
Determine high level system requirements based on user’s needs while considering cost and schedule. Work with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.   Perform cost-benefit analysis to determine the best methods for meeting software requirements. Lead and mentor the work of programmers, technicians and other engineering personnel. Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to assure specifications are met. Architect large enterprise-level software applications.  Design and develop Java/J2EE applications using technologies including Struts, JSP/JSF, Spring, Hibernate, EJB, Velocity and ANT. Design and develop .Net applications. Design and implement systems that use Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server databases.  

Compensation:
