Job Description:
As a Mid-level J2EE Developer, you will work on one of our outsourced projects or on a consulting assignment with one of our clients. You will be provided technical training and will have a mentor who will work with you on your technical training and roadmap.

Required Skills:

• 3 or more years of strong experience developing applications using distributed components with J2EE (JSP, EJBs, Servlets, JNDI, JDBC)
• Strong OO concepts, Component based development and basic computing skills -OS concepts, threads, data structures, inter-networking, RDBMS and SQL 
• Extensive experience working with either WebLogic or WebSphere application servers 
• Experience with open source frameworks like Struts, Velocity, Cocoon, Hibernate, Spring, log4j etc. 
• Experience with XML technologies like JAXP, JAXM, JAXB or JAX-RPC 
• Experience implementing design patterns 
  Extensive experience with databases like Oracle, DB2 or SQL Server 
• Ability to understand technical issues relating to enterprise class applications 
• Leading design and development of individual modules and complete SDLC experience 
• Strong problem-solving abilities and good communication skills 
• High motivation/Self starter and a team player

Desired Skills:

• Application Server administration knowledge
• Experience in documentation and good presentation skills
• Ability to mentor junior members of the team
• Experience implementing Service Oriented Architecture using Web Services
