Job Description:
Provide project management and leadership for projects in payment processing, credit card and debit card payment gateways, disaster recovery/business continuity systems, billing systems and ecommerce platforms using project management methodologies and tools such as Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Network Diagrams, Resource Planning, Project Entry Criteria, Risk Mitigation Plans, Communication Plans and Budgeting. Provide subject matter expertise in Payment Systems and Payment Card Processing related to Credit Card and Debit Card Payment Gateways and Bill Payment Systems with emphasis on security issues related to integration with issuing banks, retailers and ecommerce platform providers. Analyze business needs and system requirements for bill payment systems, identify system requirements and issues related to integration of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, bill payment Systems, billing systems and third party systems used by card issuing banks. Prepare project templates, Statements of Work (SoWs) and project templates. Manage project documentation repositories and document reviews for assigned projects and Program Management Office (PMO). Identify project staffing needs, manage ad hoc staffing and backfills for projects. Conduct business analysis by analyzing customer needs, preparing use cases and translating business needs to system requirements and technical specifications that can be used by enterprise architects and application development teams to design and develop enterprise applications and custom solutions. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplifications and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Plan and execute research and evaluation of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated workflows, inventory control and cost & breakeven analysis. Conduct product evaluations and come up with go-no-go decisions and actionable execution plans for various technology products and solutions related to telecommunications. Conduct primary and secondary market research in technology related areas such as consumer oriented telecommunication services, enterprise data communication systems, Internet and ecommerce technologies. Analyze research data using tools such as SPSS, SyStat, MiniTab, @Risk, NeuralTools, PrecisionTree and techniques such as Decision Tree Analysis, Monte Carlo Simulation, Sensitivity Analysis, etc. Research and identify new investment and expansion opportunities in new markets and technologies. Work with technical teams to prototype ideas and develop business plans for investment approval. Support new product development activities related to financial markets and telecommunications through business intelligence, competitive benchmarking, technology trend analysis and networking with decision makers and influencers. Provide leadership support to the company’s international operations by developing strategic alliances, setting performance goals and managing project delivery teams in multiple locations. Manage account management and business development activities related to such projects.
