Job Description:
As a Junior J2EE Developer, you will work on one of our outsourced projects or on a consulting assignment with one of our clients. You will be provided technical training and will have a mentor who will work with you on your technical training and roadmap.

Required Skills:

• 2 years of strong experience developing applications using distributed components with J2EE (JSP, EJBs, Servlets, JDBC)
• Strong OO concepts, Component based development and basic computing skills - OS concepts, threads, data structures, inter-networking, RDBMS and SQL
• Experience working with either WebLogic or WebSphere application servers
• Experience working with IDEs such as WebLogic Workshop, Eclipse, WSAD or JBuilder
• Ability to understand technical issues relating to enterprise class applications
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills
• High motivation/Self starter and a team player

Desired Skills:

• Exposure to open source frameworks such as Struts, Velocity, Cocoon, Hibernate, Spring, Log4j etc.
• Experience implementing design patterns
• Experience with XML technologies such as JAXP, JAXM, JAXB or JAX-RPC
• Experience with databases (Oracle, DB2 or SQL Server)
