Job Description:
Over the past few years, we have experienced significant growth, and is seeking to support current and future growth plans by adding dynamic Technical Recruiters to the team. We offer an energetic, team-oriented and technology-intensive environment. Telecommuting is an option.

The Technical Recruiter will:

• Recruit IT professionals
• Source candidates through job boards, references and other means 
• Contact and interview candidates
• Identify and match candidate skills and levels of expertise with client requirements
• Screen candidates to test their skills
• Document and maintain updated candidate contacts
• Check references
• Handle documentation related to candidate hiring, client servicing

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience in Technical Recruiting 
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to interpret and manage large volumes of information
• Ability to work under pressure and against tight deadlines
• Understanding of IT consulting business
• Interviewing, evaluation and on-boarding experience
• Experience in negotiation of salaries and dealing with candidate issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Excellent people skills
• Experience in explaining technical requirements to candidates
• Willingness to get trained on latest technologies
• MS Office skills (MS Word and MS Excel)
• Ability to deal with several recruitment requirements simultaneously
• Proficiency in using at least one popular web browser (Internet Explorer and/or FireFox)

Desirable skills:

• College degree
• Vendor contacts
• Prior experience or training in computer programming is a plus
• Experience hiring candidates with skills such as OO, C/C++, Java, J2EE, .NET, TIBCO
• Experience in screening candidates with skills such as J2EE, JSPs, Servlets, velocity, JSF, XML, XSL, XSLT, Cocoon, EJB, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, Swing, Spring, Ant, WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, TIBCO, Rendezvous, Staffware, MQ Series, EAI, .NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO, BizTalk, Datawarehousing, Abintio, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Portals, Plumtree etc. (Exposure to these skills are NOT mandatory)

Compensation:
Compensation will depend on experience and skills. This position has a base salary and performance bonuses/incentives. Ishi Systems offers a benefits package that includes contributory medical, dental and vision coverage.
