Job Description:
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years hands on J2EE experience. Specifically with JBoss and also ideally WebLogic.

Required Skills:

• 6+ Years of experience in IT development with at least 2 year in EAI
• Experience in system integration projects using messaging middleware and database technologies
• General EAI knowledge; Understanding of the benefits of using SOA
• General programming
• One or two TIBCO product Suite experience - TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO Integration Manager, TIBCO Rendezvous, TIBCO adapters, TIBCO InConcert, Staffware)
• Excellent communication skill
• Ability to demonstrate understanding and experience of distributed transactions, OLTP processing, EJB and JMS.
• Must have experience in JBoss configuration, deployment and tuning.

Desired Skills:

• Process design and implementation concepts
• Knowledge of other EAI products: SeeBeyond, WebMethods, Vitria, WebLogic Integration, WebSphere Integration
• Database: Oracle, Sybase
