Healthcare

As an employee at Ishi Systems, you have the freedom to choose the best medical coverage that meets the needs of you and your loved ones.

Health Insurance:
Ishi Systems provides health insurance coverage to eligible employees and their eligible dependents. Employees have a choice of three comprehensive health plans that best fits their needs from Aetna, including coverage for prescription drugs. 

Choose from three plans:

• Point of Service plan: offers both in-network and out-of-network coverage
• Non-referral HMO: offers only in-network coverage through a large network of doctors and hospitals; no referral is needed to see a specialist
• HMO: offers only in-network coverage through a large network of doctors and hospitals

Dental Insurance
Aetna’s Freedom of Choice plan with a DMO option that has only in-network coverage and a PPO option with both in-network and out-of-network coverage. Employees may change between the DMO and PPO options on a monthly basis.

Vision One Discount Program:
Available to Aetna members at no additional cost. Includes discounts for eyeglasses, contact lenses, nonprescription sunglasses, contact solutions and other eye accessories, and up to 25% discount on LASIK surgery.

Holidays
Ishi Systems observes 10 holidays per year

Vacation
Your length of service with Ishi Systems determines the number of vacation days accrued by you as shown in the table below.

Personal days
We pay you 100% of your pay for up to six work days per calendar year if you have to be absent due to personal business or illness.

Employee Referral

Ishi has an employee referral program through which employees can earn cash bonuses for referring new employees. The bonus is payable after the new hire completes 90 days of employment. In addition to the cash bonus, we also have raffle prizes such as iPods and Plasma TVs.**

Relocation Assistance

If relocating on an Ishi assignment, eligible employees will receive travel assistance to the new location, initial accommodation at the new location and reimbursement of approved relocation receipts.
